Prices

Prices are all quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Delivery information

All orders are packaged and sent from Gifts 2 Indulge within two business days of receiving the order and payment. Orders placed by 1pm are normally dispatched the same day.

A delivery fee of $9.95 applies for all purchases. This delivery charge stays the same regardless of how many gifts are purchased.

All deliveries are sent registered post and are traceable. A signature is required upon delivery, so we suggest you choose an address you will be at during business hours. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Gifts 2 Indulge does not deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery time for registered post within Australia is usually 1-5 working days, and may take longer for remote areas.

Express or next day delivery is also available for the majority of our range at a flat fee of $15.95. Please note that orders requiring express delivery must be placed by 1pm (AEST). If your selected gift is too heavy for express delivery, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

With express delivery, Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to most areas, although this does not cover regional and remote areas. If you would like to check if your postcode is covered in the express post network please contact us.

It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If an order needs to be re-delivered due to incorrect details, all additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to an order can be made any time prior to dispatch. To cancel an order, please email us or call us on 1300 048 938.

Returns policy

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority at Gifts 2 Indulge. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we can organise a refund for you, so long as the product is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please email us or call us on 1300 048 938 to tell us you wish to return an item. We will give you a return authorisation number which you must include in the return address below.

Gifts 2 Indulge will refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery).

Damaged products
If your gift arrives damaged Gifts 2 Indulge will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods (including delivery fees incurred). Please repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to the above reply paid address.
